Vionye's wine white semisweet

White semisweet natural wine of straw color. Manual assembly of completely ripened grapes in the valley Sawalang at the foothills of Greater Caucasus and the subsequent modern Italian production technology were completely expressed in a flower and fruit bouquet of this wine, and natural residual sugar impacted it fresh harmonious relish with notes of tropical fruit. It is well combined with light meat, fish, and also with sharp and spicy dishes. Moves at a temperature of 10-14 °C.

Geographical position of production: Vineyards in the valley Sawalang in 40 km from the city of Gabala in the northeast of Azerbaijan.
Environment: The district in the valley at the foothills of Greater Caucasus, non-uniform, generally clay, turned on the southeast, solar, well aired.
Height above sea level: The mountain soil at the height of 400 m above sea level.
System of cultivation: Vertical lanes with short double extensions.
Version: 100 Vionye.
Collecting: Grapes are built and sorted manually.
Vinification and alcoholic fermentation: It is fermented without skins within 10-12 days, with application of the selected yeast, at a temperature of 16 °C at most.
Endurance: In tubs from stainless steel.
