Initially at production of a cartridge of Canon the producer does not count on his repeated gas station, it is more favorable to it that you bought a new cartridge of Canon. Therefore the resource (wear resistance) of many details of a cartridge is small and is, as a rule, calculated on 1-5 gas stations. After several gas stations (depends on model), and sometimes even after the new cartridge of Canon will print once, its restoration is required. How to understand whether restoration is necessary? It is simple if you have various defects of the press and just the gas station does not rescue, it is necessary to do restoration, but even restoration costs many times cheaper than a new cartridge of Canon. Below procedure is described.

Restoration of cartridges of Canon
includes:
- Determination of malfunction on a defective print (if it is possible)
- Dismantling of a cartridge of Canon
- Obligatory removal of the remains of an old toner
- Cleaning by special means of all elements of a cartridge (photoshaft, shaft, edges, sealant, gears, case, etc.)
- Visual survey of details on existence of damages
- Replacement of the worn-out (broken) details (a photoshaft, shaft, edges, a sealant, gears, the case, etc.)
- Greasing of contacts if is required
- Gas station of a cartridge Canon
- Photoshaft greasing talc if it is required (in order to avoid damage of a cartridge)
- Packing in a special package.

Restoration includes:

• cleaning of details of a cartridge of the remains of an old toner;
• replacement of the fulfilled details (a photoshaft, a magnetic roller, etc.);
• packing in a tight package.
