Meat products, bakery products, mayonnaise, and also some types of cheese can be packed in the environment of gas mixes which part nitrogen and carbon dioxide are.
The ratio of components in gas mix depends on type of the packed product.
Nitrogen (N2) Is used as gas - a thinner of gas mix for replacement of oxygen from packing. It is badly dissolved in water and fats, does not make direct bakteriostatichesky impact. Nitrogen gaseous is more often applied to packing of dry products (coffee, nuts). Carbon dioxide (CO2) Is a bakteriostatichesky component, suppresses growth of aerobic bacteria which can develop also in lack of oxygen. It is easily dissolved in water and fats.On all pure gases and gas mixes delivered for the food industry (including preparation and technical re-examination of cylinders), the hygienic certificate is provided.
