Applying gas mix which part 80% of oxygen and 20% of carbon dioxide are to packing of crude meat, it is possible to prolong a meat expiration date till 5-7 days at a temperature of storage of 2-5 °C.
Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a bakteriostatichesky component, suppresses growth of aerobic bacteria which can develop also in lack of oxygen, is easily dissolved in water and fats. Oxygen (O2) keeps freshness and natural color of fresh meat and fish, provides process of "breath" for fruit and vegetables, suppresses growth of anaerobic organisms in some species of fish and vegetables.Contact the seller
