Efficiency of diagnostics by method of Dermoscopy reaches 80% of cases (at the same time the diagnosis is confirmed by clinical trials). However this method works not always, it is not applied to pigment-free spots or nodular birthmarks.

Dermatoskopichesky research has no contraindications, but it is possible to carry out it only at early stages of a disease as at late stages the main signs which are the cornerstone of this method are already absent.
