Capillary control

Capillary control is applied to detection of superficial defects or defects which open to a surface of materials. According to the extent of the revealed defects control of different sensitivity can be applied. As this method can be applied to control of metal and nonmetallic materials, it was widely used. The main scopes of a capillary control method are listed below:

Metal materials, such as steel, aluminum, copper, brass;

Cast or shod steel;

Sheet steel, ingots, pipes;

Welded seams;

Control of finished or semi-ready-made products.

Penetranta:

The capillary method which is widely applied in production as and under the sun in open space it is well visible.

Flyuoristsentnyepenetranta:

These penetrant are visible only under ultraviolet rays and control should be carried out in dark rooms. The method more sensitive can also reveal microcracks, thermal, etc. types of cracks.
