In the NuFlo Scanner 2000 microEFM microcontroller functionality of traditionally large-size computers for measurement and regulation of streaming parameters is enclosed in the small-size device consuming small power from the power source. This explosion-proof device is easy-to-work and not less than one year from one lithium battery can work.
Simplicity and convenience of work make the integral quality of construction of this measuring device. Key parameters can be set from the keyboard on the front panel, without resorting to the help of the computer. All other parameters are freely selected in the ModWorX™ Pro software product which is free of charge delivered to customers of the device.
Main features
The Scanner 2000 microcontroller is distinguished:
Work with the low energy consumption doing the device convenient for application in remote installations
Completely independent operation with the lithium battery (not less than 1 year)
Explosion-proof case
The high rates of accuracy, stability and reproducibility of the entered results achieved by use of the built-in multiparameter measuring transducer
Compliance to requirements of specifications of API 21.1
Archiving to 16 parameters set by the user
High capacity of the device of registration: 768 data records received within a day; 2304 data records received on intervals and 1152 records of events or alarm statuses
Fast information transfer: unloading of all archive approximately in 3 minutes
Two communication channels via the RS-485 interface
Data exchange protocol of Modbus®
The flexible scheme of inputs and outputs (when using the expansion mezzanine board the device can service one compensated installation and two installations with turbine flowmeters)
Easily read out liquid crystal board of indication
Fast and simple setup and calibration (for all input parameters it is possible to use from 1 to 12 points of a scale)
The non-volatile memory (which is freely increased when using the expansion mezzanine board)
Execution of calculations by the methods provided by industry standards: AGA-3, AGA-7, ISO 5167, AGA-8, GPA 2172 - and a differential pressure method on a cone.
