Radio graphic control is one of the most informative methods of defectoscopy, is widely applied to control of hazardous production facilities and allows to reveal internal defects in joint welded compounds practically of any materials. Radio graphic control is based on registration and the analysis of ionizing radiation (x-ray, radiation) after its interaction with controlled object. Radio graphic control allows to reveal cracks, neprovara, burn-throughs, undercuts, time, slag, tungsten, oxide and other inclusions, to make assessment of sizes of camber and concavity of root of seam, inadmissible for external survey. It is difficult to find defects only in angular welded connections. Test-sensitivity of 0,1 mm at thickness of metal up to 40 mm. The method is volume.
