It is intended for moisture insulating works at application of group of BEST aqueous emulsion inks for damp rooms. It is applied to priming of walls and ceilings in buildings. It is applied on the surfaces leveled by the BEST Mecun water resistant putty, any construction plates, glass-fiber wall-paper, etc. Way of drawing: To clear a surface of dust and dirt. In case on a surface there is a mold, to find out the reasons for this purpose and to make necessary repair for their elimination. To remove the exfoliating paint with a scraper.
