Office partition of DoorHan from system of profiles of the AH.MCK series

Main advantages:

• The system of the AH.MCK profiles is modular. Installation is made with ready modules blocks which can gather from profiles of system, both on production, and on object. It allows to collect quickly enough a design of any complexity and appointment.
• For assembly of standard modules profiles are cut at an angle 90 °. It considerably simplifies installation as all connections of racks and crossbars are carried out by means of self-tapping screws and do not demand milling and the high-precision cutting equipment.
• Profiles have low metal consumption that means the small weight of a design, but at the same time, they have the high durability and rigidity.
• The maximum height of partitions of AH.MCK can reach 6 meters. It allows to make partitions for offices, shopping centers and production rooms with high ceilings.
• Installation of office partition without fastening to a ceiling is possible. Depending on estimated load of a partition, the top part can be strengthened by a special profile.
• The system of adjustment of level of a floor which allows to mount a design at differences of a surface of a floor of ±10 mm on width of one module is provided in a design of partitions of AH.MCK.
• In office partition the integrated cable channel can be established. Its design is optimized under sockets and other electric equipment of the 45th standard which are latched in a groove and move covers. The cable channel allows to provide in the subsequent easy access to wires without any additional works.
• The system of profiles allows to carry out connection of parts of a design at any angle from 90 ° to 270 °, T - and crosswise connections are also possible.
• The AH.MCK system includes a set of profiles for production of doors which can be used as as a part of office partition, and separately as usual interroom doors.

Aluminum shapes

Aluminum shapes are manufactured of AD31T1 alloys in accordance with GOST 22233-2001, AlMgSi0.5 F22 and AlMgSi0.5 F25 according to DIN 1725, DIN 1748 and DIN 17615 which are processed by pressure.

Covering

Profiles are painted by powder dyes according to GOST 9.410-88. Thickness of a covering depends on brand of dye and is in range of 60-120 microns. The painted profiles are maintained in a drying chamber of 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 °C.

Sealant

For consolidation of glass or other filling are used elastomeric or EPDM profiles.
