Production of hangar gate - one of activities of DoorHan group of companies. Design, production, installation and service of gate for hangars is carried out together with design institute JSC GIPRONIIAVIAPROM.
Hangar gate are intended for overlapping of apertures in rooms for storage or maintenance of planes of various classes: from widebody to a business class. Gate of this type can be established in cases of other appointments - everywhere where the big width and height of the opened aperture are required.
The design of gate can be the most various:
- basic retractable on a building facade,
- basic retractable along one of case walls,
- folding and so forth.
The sizes of gate can be practically any.
The choice of a design of gate is carried out at design of the case. When developing a design of gate engineers solve the whole complex of the tasks set in the Specification by the Customer, for example:
- to provide high esthetic quality of the gate representing the main element of a facade of a hangar;
- to provide the high heat-insulating properties of gate, at the same time resistance to a heat transfer of a cloth of gate should not be much less, than resistance of the protecting building designs;
- the system of electric drives of hangar gate has to provide reliable movement and a stop of each mobile shutter in design situation;
- to provide opening of gate in emergencies - an unblocking of brakes of electric drives of gate and an eye for towing by means of the tractor;
- to provide reliable consolidation of gaps between shutters and motionless designs of a hangar on perimeter of a vorotny aperture, fastening of sealants has to allow their convenient replacement at wear;
- at design of hangar gate have to be considered, first, wind load of shutters of hangar gate, secondly, crane and snow load of the bearing roof beams.
