Description
Electrohydraulic equalization platforms with the slewing ramp of the DLHH and DLHHL series are the most optimum device allowing to organize the reloading place and to provide quick loading and unloading. At activation the platform rises also the ramp, turning, opens. Further the platform falls, will not reach the body floor yet. The system is ready to work. After the end of handling works the platform rises, the ramp falls and holds vertical position, then the platform returns to the initial position. Installation can be performed by both the built-in, and suspended method of installation. At the request of the customer the platform can be delivered with oil for work at low temperatures (to -50 °C).

Main benefits:
- availability of self-cleaning hinges between the platform and the ramp;
- length of the ramp makes 400 mm (about 500 mm can be optionally increased);
- during the work with the truck having the distortion the platform inclination aside to 100 mm is possible;
- thanks to the yellow-black alarm strip it is visible that the platform is higher than the level of the ramp;
- the surface of the platform is executed from the lentil leaf for ensuring the best coupling with loader wheels;
- support of the ramp provide the safe cross movement on the platform in the closed position;
- the security system of hydraulic installation will instantly stop the platform in case of the rupture of the hose or unauthorized departure of the car at the time of work;
- lateral blinds of safety prevent hit of legs of service personnel in the crack between the platform and priyamky in operating time;
- the fixing mechanism (repair prop) provides safe carrying out maintenance and repair of the platform.
