The indikativna prices specified in the price list. The price of the transaction is fixed at the time of payment of the order by the buyer. The fixed price fluctuates depending on a cross rate of Russian rubles to Iranian rials, and also, seasonal changes of costs of production, transportation and duties.

Eggplant long-term grassy plants. It is known also under the name badridzhan or blue. The homeland of eggplants are the tropical regions of India where they grow in a wild look. As eggplants grow up one-year culture in Europe since the 13-15th centuries.

Natural color of an eggplant - violet. However the set of grades of the most different flowers and shades, since white is removed today, is also almost black, yellow and brown. And also the most different forms and the sizes, since a form and the size of egg, from cylindrical to pear-shaped and spherical. And berry weight (yes, an eggplant fruit - berry) fluctuates from 30 g to 2 kg. Only the pulp is more or less similar at all grades of eggplants: dense (or not too dense), with small seeds and a peculiar taste. The crude eggplant is not eaten.

Caloric content

Caloric content of a crude eggplant - 24 kcal, is a low-fat dietary product. The boiled eggplant without salt contains 33 kcal. Caloric content of stewed eggplants - 189 kcal therefore in a stewed look the excessive use of eggplants can lead to obesity.
