Wine of Chardonnay Absheron Light-straw Wine is matured within 14 months, 30% in new and 70% in steel corrosion-proof tubs. Possesses light fruit aroma with tones of green apples and citrus. The additional endurance with oak casks smoothes egopovyshenny acidity, introducing in wine vanilla and creamy and nut tone +8-10 C To give to fish, oysters, seafood, risotto and chicken dishes

The FirelandVineyards company (Vineyards of the Country of Fires) has been founded in the 2007th year for the purpose of construction of the modern vineyards which are adjusted on the maximum extent of mechanization of stages of cultivation of grapes in different regions of Azerbaijan, and the modern technology center of processing of grapes for production of grape wines of the European quality and style.

The rods of the European grades of grapes put in the spring of the 2007th year in different regions of the country - in coastal Absherona - Novkhana and in the foothills of Greater Caucasus - Muganla, to Oguza, Shaki.

Consulting and technical support of group of the Italian wine-growers and enologists led by the famous Tuscan wine-grower and the wine maker Stephano Kazadei (Stefano Casadei) estimating the participation in this project as some kind of return to sources and worship of places from where the sort of vitisvinifera grapes originates.
