Badges cast under the order

   Badges represent accessories which are made of steel, of brass and have relief images on a surface.     Casting is the technological process of production of metal badges consisting in filling of previously made casting mold with liquid metal with the subsequent its hardening.

   Usually, this technology is applied if the design of a badge contains a pronounced 3D relief, or it is necessary to make volume breastplates with through openings and an irregular external shape.

    On a dummy on the machine the form of future badge is created, and then, for specification improvement it is improved manually. After that, in each half of a form zinc alloy is filled in, there is a molding of a sign and its extraction from a form.
